I have a handful of forms that were shared with me before that person left the company. I want to share those already shared forms with a new employee.
How can I share the shared forms?

The forms should be under your account in order for the forms to be shared to your sub-users.
I suggest you contact the previous employee and have him/her transfer the shared forms to your account. In this way, you can share it with your sub-users.
