    Hello,

I need a form that will first gather and send me the contact information of a visitor who requests an information brochure pdf about our digital service. After they read the information brochure pdf in greater detail, about our service, then if they like they can order this digital product through PayPal. I would like a form that would facilitate the entire process. Do you have a form that could incorporate all of these steps?

    Regards,

    Colette Bos

You will need two forms for this process.

    First form:

Set up the form and add all the fields need to capture the information that you would like to get.

Create a notification email (https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications). This is automatically created as soon as you add the email and name fields in the form. You can customize the template if you wish.

Create an autoresponder email (https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder). In the autoresponder email, add the link to the brochure or have it as an attachment. Add the link of the 2nd form as well, so if they wish to buy the digital product, they can just click the link.

    Second form:

Add the necessary fields that you'd like this second form to capture.

Integrate it with Paypal, guides below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/50-PayPal-Forms

Create an autoresponder email in this form, and add the product download in it.

The only downside here is that the link is not serialized which means they can share it if they want to. If you don't want this to happen, I'd suggest manually sending the Download link.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hello,
The last email that you sent me was very helpful because I was able to set up a form that sent out an auto response, so the instructions in your last email were very helpful.
I then studied the guides you sent me on how to integrate the form with PayPal, but I couldn’t find an answer to the following question...
We will be selling a digital product (Excel workbook with VBA macro) through PayPal. We want to be able to send an encrypted authorization key along with the digital excel workbook once it has been paid for by the customer through PayPal. How do I set things up through JotForm/PayPal to facilitate the actual automated delivery of this digital product along with its authorization key?
    Regards,

Hello Colette - I assume PayPal Standard integration should work for you.

I am not sure how exactly you would like to deliver encrypted authorization key along with the digital excel workbook, but there's always an option to send this in Autoresponder email. Emails can be only triggered for completed payments.
