Download all uploads: Email with download link is not sending.

    I am not receiving the emails with the submissions in .zip format.

    1) I've tried "Download All Uploads" - no success...I tried a different time frame - month, a week even a day - no success.

    2) I tried changing my email. I receive the email message to "verify" my new address just fine, but when I go in to "Download All Uploads" nothing happens.

    3) I've checked my junk mail

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I have been testing this and I  did not receive the email, this will be forwarded to our second level so our developers can have a look on this, we will keep you updated via this thread.

    Hello abstractandtitles,

    We apologize for the long time that took us to respond and inconveniences it has caused. There was an issue with our servers that has effected export data processes in last 7-10 days. This issue should be resolved now. I verified on my end that export process for your forms complete correctly and e-mail with download links is sent. Can you please try on your end and report results?

    I just tried this morning and it worked.  I received the email with the .zip file in a few minutes.  Thank you both for your help!  Greatly appreciated!

    Hello,

    I'm having the same problem again.  I am not receiving the emails with the submissions in .zip format.  Can someone please check and see what's going on?

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused. 

    I have been testing this and I was able to replicate the issue again, I will report it to our second level so our developers can have a look on this.

    The submissions were finally sent over the weekend.  I don't know if this is just going to take 24 hours to receive them from now on, but I guess we'll deal with that. 

    My problem now though...I went in this morning to clear the uploads and our forms still aren't showing up through our website.  Does the recognition of cleared uploads/deleted submissions also 24 hours for it to take effect?
