Hi -
We ran into an issue from a company trying to access our form "2019 Marketing Contest Entry Form" today. No one else has had issues. I'm attaching a screenshot of the error message they got below. Just wondering what we could do in this case.

I am unable to reproduce any issues with the SSL on our submit.jotform.us address.
The issue might be related to some restrictions on the user's end (e.g. some installed security software, network restrictions), or operating system issue (e.g. missing/invalid root certificates on their Windows).
You may suggest them submitting the form using a different device, and/or a different network connection. They may also need to check this issue with their network administrator.
