Why do emails go in to your bounce list?

I do not need your bit bounce. It created confusion and so many of my emails did not arrive because of you. I need it now very badly. Those are important emails.

Hello Elegia - Our Bounce List was put in place to prevent our domain from being flagged for spamming. To give a bit of context, here's an example on what happens in a scenario where the recipient of the EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS is xyz@abc.com:

    1. noreply@jotform.com will send an email to xyz@abc.com

    2. xyz@abc.com rejects the email for some reason

    3. noreply@jotform.com will attempt to send it again

    4. xyz@aboc.com rejects it again

    5. After a couple of attempts, our system will automatically place xyz@abc.com to our bounce list

Why? Because if we try it again and again without stopping, our email servers will be flagged for spamming, thus lowering our reputation score, and in turn will hurt more JotForm users (including you). In the future, in case you notice you stopped receiving emails, first check your form to see if everything is configured correctly, then check if your email is in our bounce list.
