Is there an option to use nesting for multiple criteria?

Is there an option to use nesting for multiple criteria? As in:

IF [question, state, target, value] AND [question, state, target, value] -> DO [custom thank you]

It is indeed possible to have multiple conditions required to trigger a condition.  The rules can be set to require any or all of the conditional statements to be met in order for the condition to trigger.
