Can't upload and view my images in the Form Builder

I've created custom autporeply emails in the past.  I was able to upload images and then view them in the editor.  But now when I upload a small .png image, it does not insert into the templatte, and it does not display in the My Images library.  Only the Comodo image appears there.

How can I upload an image so that it can be placed in an autoresponder email?

May we know if this is happening to all your forms?

Kindly try to upload your images in your submission.

    Here is a guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/172-How-to-Display-Images-on-Secure-Forms

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I just created a test form and then created an auto responder email.
    https://form.jotform.com/82775938384980
In the editor I uploaded an image by clicking on the “Insert Image” menu item.
I browsed to the image on my local filesystem and uploaded it.
It did not insert into the email. Then when I click on “Insert Image” icon in the menu and select MY IMAGES,
No images appear other than the Comodo Secure image.
    I then tried again.
This second attempt was successful and I was able to upload a .jpg image and a .png image and they both inserted into the email autoresponder.
BUT when I check MY IMAGES, again, no images appear in my image library. See attached screenshot…
I KNOW I have images in my library at Jotform, but they can’t be viewed in the editor.
Please let me know if this can be fixed.
    Thanks,

So far I could not reproduce the issue on my test. I also made a test form and uploaded an image in the content of autoresponder email.

I added an image field to check if my image library contains the image I already uploaded in the autoresponder. And it does.

To further test, can you please try first creating a new Autoresponder email. And test uploading the image again into the email content. Make sure to save the autoresponder with the image inserted in the email content.

Then afterward, add an Image field on the form then check if the image uploaded now exist in the upload library.

Let us know how it goes so we can further review the issue.

When I visit the form “Test email and image upload problems” and then edit the autoresponder and click the image icon in the toolbar, no images are present other than the “Comodo Secure” image.
I expect to see the SJPD star and the SJPD shoulder patch-We’re Hiring” images when I click on MY IMAGES.
You can see they are present in the email message, but absent from the MY IMAGES modal dialog.
This is just one part of the problem I reported. There is also inconsistent behavior uploading images where many times, the image is not uploaded.
I see this either browsing the file system to select the image, or when I drag and drop an image.
The upload dialog appears to upload the image, but no image is inserted into the email and no image appears afterward in the MY IMAGES library.
I’m using Google Chrome browser on Windows 10 (64 bit)

Can you please try renaming your images to a single text. Example:imageup1.png or imageup1.jpeg

And try to upload in your form.

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    Thank you.

I have tried several options but nothing works.
I can upload an image into the autoresponder you created, but the image once uploaded, does not appear in MY IMAGES for future use in other forms and emails.
I just inserted an image called “sjpdstaricon.png”
It appears in the email but NOT in the MY IMAGES library that I get to by clicking the Insert Image icon [cid:image002.jpg@01D4616D.91202700] .

How can I view all the images I’ve uploaded over the years?

This appears to be an issue with the way images are saved on the forms. I was able to replicate the issue on one occasion, not on the other.

I'll do some more testing and elevate this thread to Level-2 if required.

As a workaround I am compelled to add all my useful images to an email on a test form, then view the source to find the link to the newly uploaded image at jotform, and then copy the I think there are two separate issues.
    1. Images uploaded and placed in an email via the image upload menu icon do not then appear in MY IMAGES.
    2. Images fail to be inserted into the hypertext altogether in certain instances. One example is when I attempt to insert our miniature star log to replace the small Jotform pencil in the top right corner of the default autoresponder. If I select the pencil icon image and then click the insert image icon and select upload, and then drag and drop my image. It fails to replace the pencil image in the email template.
Please let me know if either or both of these issues are addressed.
    Thanks,

Thank you for the additional details provided. Please see my responses to your issues -

    1. Images uploaded and placed in an email via the image upload menu icon do not then appear in MY IMAGES.

This has been escalated to our Level-2 team for further investigation. You will receive further updates on this thread.

As a workaround, you can keep the images stored with the URLs and use them when necessary. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Also, ensure the image names do not contain any space in between.

E.g. Name you images like - TestImage.jpg and NOT Test Image.jpg

    2. Images fail to be inserted into the hypertext altogether in certain instances. One example is when I attempt to insert our miniature star log to replace the small Jotform pencil in the top right corner of the default autoresponder

This appears to be an issue with the way the images are being uploaded. Please note, in any section of the autoresponder's table you already see a content please remove it first and then upload the image. Here is the video that explains it.
