Can we apply conditional logic to Configurable Lists?

Is there a way to make the "condition of the vehicle" have conditional logic where that will dictate what "Section 4 * ORIGIN AND DESTINATION OF THE CARGO" will allow them to select from the drop downs? 

I realize that I will need to rearrange the sections and make 4 > 5 and 5 > 4. for it to make sense when the form is being filled out. 

Unfortunately, we cannot apply conditions directly to the fields within the Configurable List widget. It is also not possible to block some options of the drop downs.

However, it might be possible to use 'Contains' rules to display different fields (e.g. different drop downs).

For example, if the Configurable List contains a Non-Runner value, the show one field. If it contains Forklift, then show another field.
