Is it possible to add company specific fields and embed tax docs within the form?

    I'm looking for a form creator that I can use both company specific fields and embed tax forms for the purpose of paperless employee onboarding. 


    I've used your creator to learn if this is something you offer, however, am not seeing the ability to embed the tax docs. (I-9, W4) Is this something that is only available with a premium service?

    You can do both in JotForm. I'm not exactly sure what "company-specific fields" you're referring to but when you add a field to your form, you're free to change its label to anything that suits your needs. For example, if you need to collect an employee number, you can add a textbox field and change its label to Employee Number.

    You can also embed a PDF version of your tax docs within the form if needed.
