Are submissions saved and displayed after the month expires, or are those submissions lost, or are users not able to enter their information at all? Does the plug-in disappear from the website if the submission maximum is reached?

Before the limit is reached, you should receive a warning asking you to upgrade the account. However, if you choose not to upgrade and the submission count exceeds your limit, your forms will be temporarily disabled. Your users will not be able to access them until your counter is reset at the begining of the month.
Note: You can upgrade and downgrade at any time!
