How to calculate the difference between start and end time in hours?

    I'm wanting to set up a calculation for a time sheet form with the following formula - Time in + Time Out - Lunch = Total daily hours. I then want the form to calculate the total hours for the pay period by adding up the Total daily hours. How can I set up this formula?

    The formula to achieve this would work as follows;

    1. Calculate the difference between start and end time in hours. Subtract the lunchtime (here I assume lunchtime is added in hours too). Input this result in a field for that days hours. Do this for all the work days.

    3. Have a single field that calculates all the results from the calculation in 1 above.
