Redirecting users to different page did not work on my form

I have done this and it is not working.

Can you please confirm first if this is the form https://www.jotform.ca/form/82125418338254 that have the issue.

I test submitted the form and it properly redirect to the URL you have setup on the form Thank You page.

But I noted that your thank you page have error 404 or it does not exist. This is due to incorrect URL.
