How I can retrieve old email I received last week

How I can retrieve old email I received last week, it's not in my deleted account of anywhere else

Hello, 

You can forward the emails from the submissions page. Also, emails will be sent again when you click Submit in edit mode for every submission.  Email templates should have Send On Edit option enabled to be sent out on editing the submission:
