I am new to JotForm and I am trying to develop my first form.

I am new to JotForm and I am trying to develop my first form. When I click on "add form element," and then click on "header," I get "unexpected error occurred control_head." When I click on add form element and then click on "short text entry," I get unexpected error occurred control_textbox.

Why am I getting these error messages? Why can I not just begin inputting the header or the text?

Thank you for contacting us. I have tested adding fields and form builder seems to work properly on my end, no errors occur. Please try to clear cache and cookies of your browser and check if the issue will persist.
