Problem prepopulating my form.

    Hi.

    I have a problem prepoluting a form.

     

    This is my form.

    and this is the html code

    When I tried to prepoluting following the instruction, i compose this URL

     

    https://form.jotformeu.com/81622832961358??q4_introduceEl=ADEFFR32

     

    But the URLD doesn't work well.

    Please use this app https://prepopulate.jotform.io/ to generate the pre-populate URL.

    As for the example you've provided above, please use this link as an example to populate the field "introduceEl" https://form.jotform.com/81622832961358?introduceEl=ADEFFR32.
