I accidentally deleted a calculation form. How to restore it?

    Hi I accidentally deleted the SUBTOTAL calculation form. I tried to add it back and insert the equation but I cannot find the "Quantity" field. Please help: https://form.jotform.com/81907050574255

    Please note that the deleted form can be restored from the Trash folder if it is not purged. Please refer to the guide below to restore your deleted form.
