Can I have a php code submit data without using tag form ?

Hai, can I have a php code submit data without using tag form ? so like if I click specified button so some data will send to data base (CRUD)

Hello - Unfortunately, I am not sure if I can understand the idea in full. The data will be passed to your data base through our servers if the Submit button is clicked.
