How to free up upload storage space?

Hi there 
I cant seem to figure out how to clear my upload space? i have deleted all previous submission etc but the upload space is still saying its full?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and it seems you have already deleted all the submission data. Please note that deleted a submission record which has file attachment, it will also delete the uploaded file as well and free up your upload storage space as well. 

I have refreshed your upload storage space from here and activated your account as well. Your account is in good space currently.
