i tried testing the data but i get the error "undefined"

what does that mean?

Our apologies if it took us some time to reply here. We have a bug in our CMS which is causing some comments to get stuck in the blog/guides section. 

Are you still getting this error in the widget? If yes, please let us know the form and give us a sample data to fill the widget.
