Customized PDF format did not translate to the new form

I made a clone of a form from last year (Student Questionnaire). I went to print the PDFs and found that my customized PDF format didn't translate to the new form. Do I have to re-design the pdf in the new file or can I import it?

The customized PDF report will only affect the current form it was created for.

So for the new form, you will have to manually customize it again. It is not possible to copy/transfer/import the customized PDF report between forms.
