i continue to receive emails saying i have money waiting to be pick up

    i continue to receive emails saying i have money waiting to be pick up or thay are on hold , i have a paypal account and my bank card is linked to it, thou i dont have a paypal pro account #9978 for 37.50, and account ID 6969RT1TPOEP, and a few other could you let me know what is going on with this

    I could not find any account associated with the email id cdesvreaux@gmail.com. It would be of great help if you could provide us with more details like your Form URL/username or any transaction details/receipt id.

    Can you check and let us know from what Email address you are receiving these messages? Is it a Jotform Email address? Also, share a screenshot of the message you are receiving so we can look into it and provide further assistance.
