    Multiple email adresses don't work

    I want to sent email to 2 different emailadresses. it doesn't work. The first method using a "," won't sent me an email twice. The second option, using a second notification doesn't work either. Finally, loading a form thrue an iframe sometime works, a second later the form doesn't appear.

    Hi,

    You should separate both recipients with comma then space. Your current settings is NOT like this, you only separate them with comma. Please change that.

    Also, if you don't recieve the notifications to both email addresses then please try using noreply@jotform.com as your "Sender Email":

    You form doesn't disappear on my end using three (3) browsers, namely, IE, Chrome and Firefox.

    Hi,

    Using a second notification works today. using comma then space within one notification still doesn't work. I've tried it also with noreply@jotform, still doesn't work. My page was tested on 2 different computers with firefos, IE, Chrome and Opera. Both the computers sometimes load the form an sometimes not or very slowly using the different browsers.

    Hi,

    Do you make a test by going to your form or is it by using the "Test Email" button? You should make a live test submission to your form because "Test Email" button is design to send notifications only to the email address that is associated with your account.

    Hi,

    I'm using the live URL with the form  to test using different emailadresses. I'm not using the test-email. But earlier when I tried that, it didn't work either correctly. I use 2 different notifications with a total of 3 different emailadresses.

    Hi,

    Please try adding Jotmails IP Addresses to your whitelist. Check this guide on how to do it: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

    Also, update your iframe codes to this one;

    Hi,

    My problem with email seems to be OK now ! Thanks for that ! I've changed the iframe code for my contact-form and I will test it a couple of tmies to see if it will load without problems. For so far, many thanks for your assistance (and patience ;-) )
