The results do not work

    The results page is suddently not working

    Could you confirm which form are you viewing the poll result for?

    Also, access the JotPoll app to verify if the link is correct or if the form is allowed permissions.

    I can't access the JotPoll app. It stays like this.

    That could be a part of the problem. Are you connected to a home or an office network? 

    Can you check if the https://jotpoll.com/ site is blocked by the firewalls or ISP? You may also try using a different network and see if the site works? 

    Have you been using this app already or you just started when you found the problem?

    It's not blocked at all, the website does load but gets stuck in that loading phase.

    We got complaints from tens of users, it doesn't work for anyone.
