    Form Error: v8_build_source.js:49 warning

Asked by bdewitt on December 27, 2012 at 09:30 AM

    v8_build_source.js:49: ReferenceError: V8Config is not defined load ( V8Config.CACHEPATH + form_id + '.js' ); ^

That is what display's on my screen when I use the link below

The 2nd link gives me a 404 not found I'm guessing because it is a form report? Please Help! I use this form several times a day

The first link is already back working. The 2nd link for my report looks like the 14 digit number at the end of the URL has changed. Why is this? I didn't change it. I have saved the new link and it is now working as well. This is the 3rd time I have had these types of erros in the past month with different forms I am using. Any insight would be very helpful.

    Hi there,

We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for letting usknow whenever you run into a problem, we are glad to help!

I have cleared the cache for your forms on our end and both links should be working now.

As per the last digits at the end of the URL, those numbers do not change.  They are unique IDs for the form.  In this case, there are two different forms that look exactly the same.  One of those could be a clone of the other.

Let us know if you need further assistance!
