Is the spreadsheet to form widget really working?

    Is the spreadsheet to form widget really working? Have tried several spreadsheets plus the one given to use as an exemple but non seems to work.

    Would really appreciate your feedback on this.

    Hello, 

    I have just checked my test form and the Spreadsheet to Form widget seems to work properly there. I can suggest to check if labels are the same in your form and file. Also, please check if you have specified the correct row, which contains labels in your file:
