custom domain with ssl or embed form in site

If our domain has its own SSL certificate, does this still cause an issue? We want to use our branding while also providing our customers with the ability to make secure misc credit card payments toward their order through a Jotform. I am contemplating the best way to send a secure link to the customer - directly to the form with our domain (obviously that is appearing as not supported) or embed the form on a page on our site.

Although it would not be possible to support SSL to custom domains with Jotform, when you embed the form on a page on your website, it is protected by SSL in the form's native settings.
