Hello, so I contacted support yesterday about a problem I was having seeing the request for on box after successfully integrating the two. I have spoken to a Box support person who told me she needed an API key associated with the form to find out more about the problem. Could you help me with this please?

You may find the list of API keys on this page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/api

However, I believe that this is an issue with forms that have access to the new PDF editor. I have integrated an old form with my Box account, and the PDF loaded fine:

However, my new form that has access to the new PDF editor, does not forward the PDF submission correctly, as it never loads(in fact, that is just an image):

This is what I have done to solve the issue:

    1) Go to your submissions page.

    2) Toggle to single submission.

    3) Load the PDF editor.

    4) Toggle off the preview PDF.

    5) Create a new PDF document.

    6) Delete the old PDF document.

    7) Finally, update your Box integration:

    See the result:

As you can see, the first two tests do not show submission data in the PDF file, just a "Loading" image. After applying the workaround, the PDF files for the rest of the submissions shows the data correctly.

    Hope this helps.
