I have an account with you and received an email indicating that it will be shut down tomorrow "Friday". I pay monthly and do not understand why I am receiving this notification. I rely on your company as an important peice of my company. This is short notice and could significantly hurt my business. Contact me ASAP regarding this matter!

Hello, I do apologize about that, perhaps you misread it maybe?
It should've been something along the lines of your account will be downgraded if a payment is not made. The email also supposed to serve as a reminder that you have a charge coming up and this is why otherwise that will happen if the payment fails which will then result in a scheduled downgrade to a free account.
It is also a possibility that this email was sent to you in error perhaps because I just checked your account and I can also see that your account is still actively premium and so is your subscription so you can disreguard that message and again we do deeply apologize for the mishap.
