How to open JotForm from a section in the header of a webpage?

Asked by ketotherapeutics on December 28, 2012 at 12:16 AM

Our webpage - http://www.ketopet.com/TEMP/draft2.html - has a link in location on the header donated as "Sign Up for Our Newsletter that currently opens up to another webpage. The code for doing this is:

    <a target="_blank" href="http://fitwarranty.com/ketopet/newsletter" rel="nofollow noopener" ><div style="width: 237px; height: 80px; margin-left: -125px; position: absolute; left: 879px; top: 29px;"></div></a></div></div></div></div></div></div>

I want to change this link to open up a JotForm titled, "Sign Up for Ketopet Newsletter" and need to know how to use the usual code given with JotForm for a hyperlink to a word as follows:

    <a class="lightbox-223616450293149" style="cursor:pointer;color:blue;text-decoration:underline;">Sign Up for Ketopet Newsletter</a>.

I thought I could use the same type of on click statement for this as I would use if I chose a region on a picture, but it doesn't seem to work.

Could you please let me know how it should be done.

    Hi,

    Do it this way:

    <div class="textwidget"><a class="lightbox-23616450293149" style="cursor:pointer;color:blue;text-decoration:underline;"><div style="width: 237px; height: 80px; margin-left: -125px; position: absolute; left: 979px; top: 3px;"></div></a></div>

Be sure to double check your form ID, the one that you've posted above isn't correct. It should be 23616450293149 not 223616450293149. I have also adjusted the transparent box position (left & top values) as it is not properly aligned on Chrome and FF.

A working example can be found here: http://www.idarktech.com/test/test_lightbox_160682.html

    Thanks!
