    No email received for submission

    Hello, I am at a loss figuring out why I dont receive any emails when a user submits a form.

    I have checked the following:

    1. Spam filter

    2. Email settings on jotform.com

    3. Checked email was correctly spelled.

    4. Reviewed the videos 


    Would you please advise?

    My email is routed through Gmail (iptables and all), eventhough it ends with jcroofingca.com, I have no issues receiving emails from any other source.

    Your email ended up to the bounce list due to the following reason:

    ****@jcroofingca.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-" The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces. Learn more at http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?answer=3D6596 dl6si15141022qab.72"

    I have now removed it so it should be working fine now. Please test your form again by making an actual submissions to your form. This should resolved the problem.

    Thank you idarktech, it works fine now!


    Its my understanding that being in the bouncelist means the email was not working at some point and your system caught it? Is this correct?
