I canceled and downgraded to free

    you guys charged me and I canceled last month because service wasn’t up to my company standards

    To ensure your subscription is cancelled immediately, cancel it from the PayPal dashboard.  Here is more information on how to do so:

    I will submit a request to refund your last payment.  You should see a refund of $39.00 posted to your PayPal account within the next 7-10 business days.
