Embedded Card Form: JotForm branding covers the submit button.

We're trialing Jotform on our site to see what sort of engagement we get from it. If it works well then we'll sign up for a monthly account. For us, a form works well only if people engage with it. The problem is that your free version is technically unusable, depending on the visitor's browser.

Unless I expand my browser window to the entire screen, the visitor cannot interact with our form. (screenshot included) I understand Jotform only makes money when people subscribe, but I can't even test it if your ad covers up the basic functionality of the form. Is this an issue with the way we embedded the code on our end?

This is also an FYI, as I assume you're other clients might be experiencing the same thing.

Please try enabling the smart embed option and see if that helps. Here's  a guide about it: https://www.jotform.com/help/510-How-to-Enable-the-Smart-Embed-Feature-in-JotForm-Cards

Let us know how it goes.

I followed your instructions and still experiencing the same problem. I saw smart embed was already turned on. Just to be safe, I turned it off and on again, and then also re-pasted the embed code into my site to ensure I didn't make an error the first time. The Jotform ad is still covering up the button. 1539635598Jotform covered up 2.png
