    Some JotForm Submissions not going to Google Spreadsheet via Integration

    Some submission entries are not being integrated into the Google Spreadsheet that Jotform created. The submissions that weren't showing in my Google Spreadsheet do show after removing the integration from Jotform and re-integrating, but then it happened again to the new Jotform integration. I repeated the solution and removed integration and re-integrated again, and same problem occurred later where the integrated Google Spreadsheet is missing a couple seemingly random submissions users made on the Jotform.

    This seems to only happen after the same user submits the form mutliple times. See screenshot below is of the Google Spreadsheet which was made with the Jotform integration. There was a submission after the three by "Matthew Sullivan" that did not integrate over. The missing extra entry does show in the Submissions page on Jotform however.

    I don't want to have to remove the integration everytime a user breaks the integration by multiple submissions or whatever the reason is.

    The trouble is it creates a new spreadsheet everytime I remove the integration as well, which is very annoying especially if I have added any formatting to rows like background coloring.

    Is this a known issue and will it be fixed soon?

    Hello, we do apologize about this problem. How often is this happening or did this just start today?

    Also, I've tested the integration and I was unable to integrate with google currently which leads me to believe that google may be having some issues today but I will try again to see if I can replicate the problem in a little while.

    Additionally it is a known problem that sometimes data can be overwritten if it matches previous which can occur because of an error that causes it to then misinterpret the sent data if sent to quickly especially when it has been timestamped. This can also happen if the submit button is clicked wrong such as clicking it repeatedly.

    What you could do to correct that though change Unique Submission settings or you may even want to consider attaching a Unique ID.
