Not Receiving Form Notifications

    we are not receiving emails, but it shows up in the submissions

    Hi,

    Your email address is in our bounce list and this is the reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 The message from (<0000013ad41= a57c7-483e131c-0bf8-4d21-b670-8c654e85f7d5-000000@amazonses.com>) with the = subject of (New submission: Contact Us) matches a profile the Internet comm= unity may consider spam. Please revise your message before resending.'

    Your form should be working fine by now as I remove your email address from our bounce list.

    Also, it is recommended to configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com", respectively. To prevent any filters that will be made by your email host.
