Can I transfer forms from one account to another?

    Hello,

    I was wondering if it is possible for me to move a couple of the forms to a new account..

    I would like to keep the smaller plan that I have but migrate a few of the forms which I am using to a separate silver level account and allocate this to a different branch of our company which has a much higher usage level.

    Please advise.


    my username is dominik479 and my email address is Jennifer@riserealestate.ca

    Yes, please provide us the forms you want to move as well as the target account, we will move the forms as soon as we get the requested information.

    they will be transferred to the account Abodeadmin (admin@riserealestate.ca) and taken from the account dominik479 (Jennifer@riserealestate.ca)

    can you please confirm that the links to the forms will not change and none of the data collected in the database will not be lost?

    I have checked the forms and they belong to dominik479, but you're logged into the account Abodeadmin, due to security purposes, please  kindly log  into dominik479 and confirm the request, you may post the reply here.

    Yes, the forms URLs will stay the same and the data will not be lost, it will be transferred as  well to the new user.

    As direct links will stay the same — Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL, active custom URL of the form(s), if there are any will no longer work, until updated with the new username — How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form

    I have moved the forms you listed from the dominik479 account to the Abodeadmin account.

    just to confirm, in regards to your comment concerning custom URLS....

    As direct links will stay the same — Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL, active custom URL of the form(s), if there are any will no longer work, until updated with the new username — How-to-create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-form

    ....this only applies if some of the links have the username in them (which mine don't) in that case they would need to be changed.


    as of now, these forms should be working and customers should notice no difference, correct?

     You are correct, nobody should notice the difference if you are not using custom form links.
