I'd like to be able to automatically segregate multiple forms on my website to their corresponding groups within a list on MailChimp.
For example, I'd like to have six forms hosted on one website. But I don't want to create a separate list in MailChimp for each form. Rather, I have one list for Website Form Contacts. Then within that list, a group for each form.
The N-Media MailChimp Wordpress plugin offers this connecting segmentation feature, and it would be fantastic if yours would too.

Hello and thank you for your suggestion about this. I will go ahead and forward this request to our Development Team for them to consider and look at when they get a moment. But please be advised that I won't be able to provide you with a release date since they are often busy higher priority issues. We will update you with information on this thread about it as soon as we can about this and until then we do appreciate your patience.

Update: We have just implemented Groups integration for MailChimp.
When you select a list on the MailChimp wizard you will now see a list of groups:
That's pretty much all you need to do. Select the groups and then when someone submits your forms they will belong to that link and those groups.
