Form not visibile one our website when viewed with google and explorer?

Good day,

My jotform used to appear correctly on my website however, three months ago it is no longer visible if I use google or explorer.

It is visible only with search engines like safari.

How could I solve this problem

I have checked your JotForm and see that it is embedded using Javascript embed method which could be causing script conflicts with other scripts on your web page. Please try embedding the form using iframe embed code and see if that works. You may get the iframe embed code for your JotForm by following the steps in the guide below:
