Account Suspended

Hi there,

My account for info@needacarrental.com.au was suspended and I'm not sure why. I have had that form live for many months without an issue and have discussed it with Jotform staff making sure it follows all the correct procedures. 

Disabling the form has caused me a lot of stress and delay in my business.
