How do I get back the old PDF document?

    Hello,

    The new PDF editor looks great. However, when I wanted to edit my PDF attachment autoresponse for my form, the old PDF has gone! How o I get it back?

    When I complete my form on www.new-perspectives-travel.com/booking-form the thank you page scrolls right to the bottom, so that the person does not actually see there is a message there. How can this be fixed?

    Do you mean to say when you try to edit the PDF report template, it is displaying in the new PDF editor and you want to open in it old PDF editor? If so, I am not sure if it is possible to revert it to the old editor. Could you check if you have a button displayed on the right top to switch to the old version?

    We are pleased that switching old version solves the issue you have been experiencing. However, could you please answer the following questions:

    1. Did you run into any other problem with PDF Editor?

    2. Is there anything that you couldn’t figure out?

    3. Is there any suggestion you can make to improve the things for you?

    Hi,

    Switching to the old version certainly does not fix things! Oh well. I guess that this as just a very ambitious role out of the new PDF and it wasn't 100% ready.

    In terms of the new PDF editor, it was extremely unstable initially, but seems to have improved a bit.

    It would be very helpful if the fields in the "Add Elements" could appear in the same order as the appear in the form itself. I will continue providing feedback once I have worked with it some more.

    Thank you for your feedback. Our team keeps working on the new PDF editor.

    Currently, under a 'Basic Elements' tab, we display the generic non-form-specific fields. Under a 'Form Fields' tab, the form fields should be displayed in a correct form-specific order.
