I am having problems with operation of paypal on my form "Will QUestionnaire"

    I cannot submit the form while paypal field is enabled. It keeps processing indefinitely

    If I disable the payment field the form works.

    Can you please assist to identify the problem

    Unfortunately, I was not able to properly test your form. I was not able to navigate to the PayPal payment field because your form has a lot of fields and conditions. The is almost 200 conditions, and I can not find the exact combination to show the payment field. 

    You will have to provide us the steps how exactly should we fill the form to navigate to the payment field. 

    You can also create a new form add only the Pay Pal payment field and test the form to see if it working properly.

    I also noticed that your form is very slow. I am not sure if this issue is related to the size of your form (242 fields) or there is some conflict between your conditions that are slowing down a form. I would suggest you to double check your conditions.

    Everything seems to work if paypal is removed.

    I wasn't able to reproduce the issue that you described on a clone version of your form using the same answers that you shared with us in your last reply.

    I was also not able to reproduce the issue when I made a test submission in your form. The PayPal payment field in your form is in Sandbox Mode and you should be able to see my test submission on the submissions page of your form.

    May we know if the form is embedded on any website? May we know which website, please? Also, may we know what browser and device were you using when you encountered the issue?
