Nice tool. If i click on "share" or "download" i get only one of my for example 50 form results. How do i get the pdf for all my results?

The share and download options on the PDF editor page will work  with one submission only. If you would like to download the PDF report for all your submissions at the same time then you will need to follow this guide:

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Kevin,

with your solution, I will not receive the newly advertised and beautifully designed PDF files. I receive the normal PDF files as always. I understand the meaning of this new and really great feature not to make PDF files if I can not load them collected. I do not let me send several hundred emails just to save every single PDF file there as an attachment. I think you should urgently make the download of all submissions possible. Or you explain how I use this function to process a lot of submissions from a form.
    kind regards

I have been testing this further and noticed what you mentioned, I will pass this to our second level so our developers can have a look on this.

We will keep you updated via this thread.

    Hello Sascha,

We are working on a new solution for submissions page. Downloading all submissions as PDF feature is implemented there. You can access it via clicking here. We have added you to beta users. You can always switch back to old submissions view using upper right 'Switch to Old Version' button.

    Thank you.

I tried using the beta<form id> URL composition, and instead of pulling up my current form's (2018 version) actual submissions, it pulled up the submissions from the originally created form that this is a second generation clone of (2016 version - first form was created in 2016, I cloned that for 2017, then cloned the 2017 version for 2018).

    Sheets in question:

I know that it has the correct form id, as I redid it twice just to be sure, and it shows the 2018 version's header (each year has a distinctive header). So, it looks like there's an issue with your Sheets beta when it comes to cloned forms?

Otherwise, I wish I had known that the new PDF editor (that I got so many marketing emails about) wouldn't let me download the full set of submissions before I started using it, I wouldn't have spent over an hour adjusting the layout and playing with the options if I had known it wouldn't perform that basic function. :( It displays the correct submissions, but not being able to download the full set is a huge problem.
