Not receiving email from form

    hi for nearly the last month I am not receiving any emails for any of my form submissions . If I sign in I'm able to view all submissions.  Does it have anything to do with a paid service?

    No, there's nothing to do with a paid service. 

    Please provide the form URL and email address that is not getting the notification email so we can check it further.

    I checked our email logs and I can see that emails were being sent properly. Here's a screenshot:

    Please check your spam folder. If you see JotForm emails, please mark it as not spam.

    If the issue still persists, please contact your email service provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. Here's a guide:

    Talked to my email service provider they said they did not black list jotform. They are pointing me back to you to help me.

    I also couldn't find any problem. According to our server logs, the email was successfully sent to your email address. If you did not receive the emails then it's a problem on the receiving end. It is highly likely that your email service provider uses automatic spam filtering that filter incoming emails before they reached into your inbox.

    Anyway, if it's not possible for you to add JotForm to your whitelist, we recommend using your email sending server to send the emails to avoid this kind of problem. That's possible through SMTP. Guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
