Gift registry widget is not updating the count.

    The form has stopped working. Tickets are not counted when they are selected. Help me please!!! 

    Problems with counting tickets. The form is not correctly counting the tickets being selected. Ticket Purchases widget is not displaying the available count correctly.

    I can't replicate it on a cloned version of your form and also I'm not able to replicate it on a new form.

    Please try updating the widget by clicking on the wand icon and click on "Update widget".

    If that doesn't work, please try adding a new widget and see if that newly added gift registry widget updates the counting.

    I tried to update the tool but it did not work. Could you try something else?

    I replicated the tool but it did not work ... it always stays in the message "waiting".

    I'm not sure if it was the "Checklist" widget that's causing the form not to submit, but after further testing, removing it and adding a new checklist widgets works with my cloned form. 

    Please test this form https://form.jotform.com/82877861949985 and see if you can submit.

    Yes, i can submit you form.

    This way, do I need to delete this widget and put another one in place? Is there any possibility that the previous form will work again? I had already received some answers and would not want to miss them!

    You can remove the "Checklist" widget and add a new one. The submission data for this widget will remain in your submission page even after deleting the field. I just did this test now and my past submissions where not deleted.

    Please try that on your end and let us know if that fixed the issue. Looking forward for your response.

    The form ran again this morning. When I release for users, I receive several messages that it is not working again ... Why is it happening?

    I have made a test submission on your form and could not replicate it. Could you please check with the users if they are getting any errors on the console.
