Why am I still being charged

    Can someone please cancel my account? this is the 3rd request!

    Apologies for any inconvenience. I have checked the subscription of the account associated with your email address, and it turns that it still wasn't completely canceled on your PayPal account.

    Please log in to your PayPal account and cancel the subscription there.

    Once you have done that, please let us know and make sure that you are logged to your account when you make the request to set your account back to the free subscription.
