Date form Freezing

    I am having issues with the Today's Date field freezing on my "Incident & PTO Documentation" form. https://form.jotform.com/CathyNickelson/incident--pto-documentation


    I have sent a new link to the person who was having trouble but that has not helped.


    Do  you have any suggestions?

    I have just tested your form and it works as expected on my end, here is an example about it:

    Please try clearing the browser's cache, if the problem persists, let us know which browser and OS you're using so we can test with a similar device/emulator.
