How can I calculate an age. I have followed the directions from https://www.jotform.com/answers/1539288-How-to-calculate-the-age-in-form
But it seems a key function is covered by the a red arrow

You need to use the Date Picker tool and the Form Calculation widget in order to achieve this.
You can find this tool under the Basic Form Elements. Here's a screenshot:
Once you have created 2 Date Pickers, then you need to use the Form Calculation widget and create the formula provided by my colleague on that thread.
Kindly refer to this user guide: How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget.
If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.

CcdscacfpReplied on October 16, 2018 at 12:43 PMThank you for your reply. Unfortunately the thread you linked to is
unclear. The issue with that thread is that there is a red arrow covering
part of the calculation. Either way I figured it out, the arrow is
covering a "-" symbol which completes the calculation.
