Bronze/ payment submissions

Hi -

I am allowed 10 payment submissions with Bronze. Why do I get 'out of submissions' when I try to design a new form? I have deleted all the forms I am not using.

Payment submissions counter does not reset after deleting forms, as you notice Bronze plan allows you to get up to 10 payments a month, so far you have received 14 out 10 payment submissions, that is why you get the message that you are "out of submissions" which refers to payment submissions.
