I have set up a form for a client. It was filled out and sent with an order. I am able to see the order in Jotform, but they did not receive the order and I am not sure how to help my client.
Thank you for your help with this.

That is because there is no Autoresponder Email set up for that form.
https://www.jotform.com/build/82495871131965/settings/emails
You can create an Autoresponder Email and set the recipient field to "E-Mail Address".
Complete Guide: Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
On that form, you have used a "Short Text Element" for the "E-Mail Address". If you used an "Email" element, the Autoresponder would have been created automatically.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

I am sorry but I am now very confused. I have never had to set up an Autoresponder before and I do not want one on this form.
I have set the Notification e-mail as I have always done on all the forms I have set up as evcpharmacy@hotmail.com. The form will not send to this address (my client's address); it keeps sending to my address which is info@vetwebsites.co.uk as shown in this image (a screenshot when I sent a test e-mail) -
I am now not sure how to proceed or why this form is not working as i have so many other forms and never had this problem before? Thank you for your help with this.

The test email will always be sent to the default address associated with your JotForm account. I tested the form and the submission email does appear to have sent:
Have them check their inbox and spam inbox to see if the email has sent.

It seems your last response might not have posted to our support forum. If you wouldn't mind sending it again, we will follow up as soon as we can.
