Hi! I really like the new pdf editor, however I'm having some trouble using it. Can someone help me convert my current forms to a pdf form that will download and look better? Help!!

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please follow:

    1) Go to your submissions page:

    2) Click "Switch to the Old Version":

That will switch you to the old version of submissions page and old PDF editor.

Please let us know if you are experiencing any further issues.

    Thank you!

This did not help. When I click on download pdf it takes me to pdf editor and there is no option to switch to the old version.

And then if I try to download from this screen, it appears to download but then when I click on the downloaded form, it does not load.

    Ok I figured it out.
I'm trying to convert some of our current forms to PDF forms but it eventually times out. Is there a reason I can't convert my current forms into one of the template PDF forms?

Thank you for the additional information, I'm not sure about the PDF converting issue, could you please try again and provide the console report if the issue persists?

Here is how you can do that:

So in the new pdf editor - is there a way to standardize how each submission is downloaded as a pdf? Or would I have to individually customize each submission?

There's no need to customize each submission in the new PDF Editor. You can switch or use any template or customize the PDF to your own preferences. Here's a screencast sample:
