This PDF Editor has big issues

    This Editor has big issues..

    1 does not print correctly

    2 does not update the screens correctly

    3 does not remove empty fields like the old one

    etc...

    Did anyone test this before launching it? Sure does not seem like it...

    We have previously launched it to small number of users and we have been fixing bugs steadily. We fixed hundreds of problems like this. We are aware that there are still a lot of problems and our team will continue to resolve them in the next few months. please be patient while sort them out. The product is so amazing that it is worth the wait. 

    Can you provide more details about exactly what happened so we can fix the issues you encountered? Please visit this page below and submit more details about the problems you encountered (screenshots would be amazing)

    Simple have someone try to create a PDF document for the submission.  You can not create a PDF that works....

    We would love to work with you to get it right. It might be a form specific issue, so we will need to take a look at your form(s). Are you having some issues with the PDFs of the 'Digi3Dworks Order Page RX' or some other form?

    The issue with the included radio button (single choice) items that are not selected is supposed to be fixed. The non-selected radio button items are no longer included in the PDFs.

    If possible, please provide us with as much information as possible about the difficulties you are facing with the new PDF layout. Any examples would be greatly appreciated.

    1 - if you select on a form to use the new PDF editor.  The new PDF editor is live and in use on all forms under the account.  - BIG PROBLEM!!!

    it is simple this not even Alpha release.. it needs to go back and to the developers and they need to test and fix... If they do not see any issues, then you have the wrong team of people on this... it is really bad...

    Hi,

    I have checked your account and seems you already switched back to old PDF Editor. Your account won't be switched to the new version automatically again. If you want to use new PDF Editor sometime:

    1. Click Customize PDF menu in submissions page.

    2. Click Try PDF Editor button.

    You can always switch back by clicking "Switch to Old Version" button in the new PDF Editor.

    We made a mistake of converting all PDFs to the new version automatically. That was a mistake. Sorry about that. We are now reverting back to the old version. 

    We think you have already switched back, but if you still have any PDFs using the new version, let us know and we will revert them back for you. 

    The 'Digi3Dworks Order Page RX' is now using the old PDF editor. 

    If the problems continue please let us know.
